Printing

I get a lot of questions about printing (naturally)… Most of the invitations that I do use digital printing. But if you are looking to do something more special for your invitations please have a look at these different types of printing that I offer my customers

Digital Printing

Also known as flat or full color printing. Digital print is everywhere, you can purchase designs and print them yourself (check out our Etsy Store at: www.etsy.com/shop/printscharmingGRAFX). When you choose Prints Charming your digital printing may be done using an inkjet printer, laser printer or on a full 4 color printing press.

Raised Printing

Or Thermographic printing is a classic and affordable upgrade to your invitation. The raised effect is similar to engraving but can be done for a fraction of the cost. Available in 1 or 2 colors and can be paired with digital printing.

Letterpress Printing

Letterpress is the oldest form of printing. We start with a digital design, that is sent to create a metal plate. The plate is then pressed to individual sheets of paper. Available in 1 or 2 colors and can be paired with digital printing.

Foil

Add metallic shine to your invitation with foil stamping. The process includes a heated die stamped onto foil, which adheres to the surface of the paper and leaves the design of the die behind. Comes in Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Hologram and many others! Most often paired with digital printing. Can be done with letterpress or raised printing.
